We Work to Protect You

We've made specific improvements to our standard operating procedures in accordance with CDC and WHO guidelines. During the pandemic, we will also follow strict cleaning procedures. While certain inefficiencies may occur due to these changes, they're required to safeguard the health of individuals we serve.

  • Staff Care: Any employees experiencing symptoms will be asked to stay at home until they have received medical clearance.
  • Scheduling Questions: When you contact us to schedule an appointment, our staff will inquire if anyone in your household has had a fever, been diagnosed with COVID-19, or been exposed to the virus. Answering yes to any of these questions will not prevent you from service. It will just enable us to be equipped with our personnel before entering your property.
  • Sanitation: We keep disinfectant sprays and sanitizing wipes in our vans so our experts can wipe off any location with which they made contact after completing a job. This covers things like equipment, doorknobs, and floors.
  • Social Distancing: During the COVID-19 pandemic, some office workers will be transferred to remote locations. In rare cases, we may request to see your unit's photographs or videos to understand better the problem you're trying to solve, optimize scheduling, and reduce face-to-face contact.
  • Area-Based Responses: We’ll continue to serve everyone in the Knoxville area, but we'll make extra measures around customers in areas identified by the CDC as high risk.
  • Authorization: Before beginning work, we generally ask for a written signature on paper; however, to decrease the risk of contact, we will give out electronic authorization documents instead.
